Restaurant Gift-and-Loyalty Card Program

Tucanos Brazilian Grill came to us when they were preparing to open their third restaurant location. The growing company wanted to integrate their marketing efforts in order to better communicate with their customers. We helped them move away from paper gift certificates and coupons by creating a complete gift-and-loyalty card program, using magnetic club cards to integrate data on the point-of-sales terminals in the restaurants with a CRM database on their Web server.

We completed the Brazos site in the summer of 2007. Brazos needed an easy-to-update Web site where they could upload new artwork, manage exhibits and more. We gave them all the standard gallery application features. As a bonus, we added a powerful Customer Relation Management application. Visitors to the site can submit their name and email address and indicate their favorite artists. Brazos staff can look those people up and send personalized email campaigns to all of them with just a few clicks.

The president of LACHL came to us with a special grant she had obtained for "freshening up" the non-profit's Web site. We helped them freshen up, but then we donated a little more. We built a powerful people database so they could keep track of their members and then we added our Web-based mass email tool so they could keep in touch easily. We continue to donate high-speed, high-availability hosting to this organization at no cost.

This pro-life non-profit needed a better way to keep track of the donations they gather to provide material and financial assistance to new mothers during and after their pregnancies. We used Voltaire's powerful CRM features to create a donor database that can track donations, send out end-of-year tax receipt letters, send personalized email campaigns, and more. We're working now on direct integration with PayPal electronic donations.
